Jaundice is a term used to describe the yellowing of the skin and the whites of the eyes. It's caused by a build-up of a substance called bilirubin in the blood and body's tissues, swelling liver cells or blocked bile duct. Hepatosis cells gets swollen due to virus infection, germs,  excessive intake of alcoholic beverages and medication etc.

When the liver cell is swollen, it causes the bile duct to contract thus resulting in the bile fluid to overflow into the blood stream. Due to this concoction, the patient will suffer from jaundice or yellow fever. The situation will get even worse if the blockage was due to gall stone. At this stage, the patient’s skin may get yellowish to greenish   and may cause itching.

 

HOW LIVER TONIC TREATS JAUNDICE?

At this stage, patients are advised to consume the Liver Tonic for a duration of between three to six months for maximum effects.
